CE marking guards to the new Machinery Directive White Paper |

Under the new Machinery Directive that came into force on 29 December 2009, there are certain requirements to CE guards as safety components. Procter Machine Guarding, the UK's leading machinery guarding specialist, is offering a FREE White Paper that explains the new requirements for anyone involved in specifying, building or modifying machines or guards.
Jeremy Procter, a Member of BSI's MCE/3 committee, former Convenor of the European Standards =Committee responsible for Machine Guards (CEN TC114 WG11), and Managing Director of Procter Machine Guarding, explains the requirement to CE mark guards under the new Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
