CP Northern moving into Staffordshire Technology Park

Lighting control specialists CP Northern have announced they are moving into the Staffordshire Technology Park later this month.

The family run company has enjoyed large growth over the last 5 years and now employs 20 people operating from its current location in Sugnall, servicing construction projects throughout the whole of the UK and Ireland.

CP are at the forefront of lighting control technology and have recently completed a number of prestigious contracts including the London 2012 Olympic Handball Arena and the new £188.8 million Library of Birmingham which is due to open to the public in September.

“With the continuing levels of business and planned diversification into other lighting related areas we need more office and storage space to accommodate our people and equipment,” said David Hart, Managing Director.

“The new offices will be situated on the ground floor of Ardentia House in Priestly Court occupying over 3,000 square feet and will house a fully functional lighting control showroom for potential customers to see for themselves the wide range of technical solutions we can offer.”

“We are pleased to be moving to the Technology Park, our roots are firmly based in Stafford and it’s an ideal location given the network of roads and access to the Motorway,” added David.
