Decorative electrical wiring accessories manufacturer Hamilton Litestat has supplied its premium Sheer CFX plate collection to a prestigious new Isle of Man housing development, Ballanard Woods.
Located on the edge of Douglas, Ballanard Woods is an exclusive gated development of executive residences, set in private landscaped grounds. Asking prices for the properties currently on the market range between £2.6 million and £4 million, with each one fusing exceptional design and build quality with unrivalled levels of interior specification. There are 21 properties planned for the overall site, which is being developed by Dandara under its Heritage Homes Premier brand.
Hamilton’s Sheer CFX collection of switch plates, sockets, media and telecommunication points, and shaving sockets has been specified throughout the development in polished steel; its ultra slim plates and patented concealed fixing design giving a smooth, unobtrusive finish to complement the stylish interiors. Dandara has previously specified Hamilton’s electrical wiring accessories in other developments on the Isle of Man including Quay West.
“We are delighted to be working with Dandara again on another high profile, luxury development,” commented Andy Partington, UK specification and sales manager for Hamilton. “The beauty of our Sheer CFX range is that it’s wafer-thin and provides a very pared down, subtle profile, which suits classic interiors. The polished steel finish gives it a contemporary edge which fits perfectly within the stylish neutral interiors of Ballanard Woods.”
The accessories were installed by Brew and Corkhill electrical contractors, based on the Isle of Man.
