The presentation, suitable for architects and designers, contractors and clients, will focus on the different classifications of healthcare developments including; sheltered housing, care homes and hospitals.
It will cover the effect intended occupancy has on the design process, and concentrates on means of escape in the case of fire and disabled access, introducing the Health Technical Memorandums and discusses how the Building Regulations link with the Regulatory Reform Order and the Disability Discrimination Act.
