Crestron Expands Its Lighting Sales Team To Accommodate New CLED Product Line

Crestron has announced the appointment of Neill Nixon, who joins Crestron International as Business Development Manager – UK Lighting Specialist.

“With over 32 years in the lighting and lighting control sectors, Neill brings with him a wealth of product and industry knowledge,” says Phil Breitschadel, UK Sales Manager at Crestron International. “He will undoubtedly be an integral part as we continue to develop our lighting range.”

Neill will be working with Crestron’s Business Development team & Account Managers to promote Crestron’s lighting & lighting control products via the M&E specification market on residential and commercial projects.

Neill will also provide further support in the promotion of Crestron’s new CLED lighting fixtures - its first range of luminaires. The innovative range comprises LED fittings for a variety of applications. When combined with Crestron control equipment, each CLED replicates the smooth dimming curve of halogen lamps through 1-100%.

“I am absolutely delighted to join Crestron to head up its UK Lighting Division and play a part in moving lighting control forward and making it accessible to an even wider market,” says Neill. “Whether a single circuit in-wall dimmer, an LCM system for a school, or a panel-based installation for a hotel, Crestron’s vast product range covers all applications, giving a designer, architect, consultant or contractor a broad choice for their project.”
