CP Northern Appoint New Technical Manager

Staffordshire based lighting control specialists CP Northern have announced the appointment of industry expert John Pearson to their ranks as the company embarks on the next phase of its planned expansion.

“John, whose background extends to 13 years within the electrical engineering industry acting as a consultant on many major building contracts, will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to CP at an exciting time for the company as we move to larger premises and the company diversifies by launching a number of new products and services,” said David Hart, Managing Director at CP Northern.

“The role of Technical Manager will see John work closely with our clients to facilitate the design and installation of more integrated lighting control and emergency lighting solutions across a wide range of buildings utilising the very latest technology available to us on the market. This approach has seen us establish ourselves as one of the market leaders within the industry with a growing order book including many prestigious contracts. John’s appointment will further increase the skillset we can offer.

“John has vast experience within the building services industry and partnered us on the design and application of our lighting control and emergency monitoring system for the new £188.8m Library of Birmingham which is due to open later this year. With his background in building services John brings added creativity and versatility to the electrical engineering design. His extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure also allows him to demonstrate to clients our ability to provide for the real time energy management of emergency lighting and lighting control,” said David.
